Animation: Kobold

For this piece, I wanted to make a simple animation loop. Due to the software only allowing for a few frames it had to be rather short, despite this I feel this came out very well, the atmosphere is well executed and the composition leads the eye towards the main subject: the animated Kobold.

I found that for a very "passive" animation of someone writing still in a chair, I feel I did a good job of instilling life into the character, in retrospect I could have added a few more things to move such as the whole head, legs, etc. but perhaps the simplicity was a good idea for one of my first animations.

This was a commission, and as such I did not design the character depicted.
